Fashion Styles Bringing People Together

    Fashion designs now a days bring different groups of people together. Back then it was all suits and what was called “class”. Even though it was all suits and stuff there were many different groups such as gangsters and mobsters. Today there are many designs brought upon the common eye. Many designs include the groups who do cosplay, people of the working class and many others. There are many varieties of clothing that can range from tank tops, muscle shirts, short shorts, ankle socks, etc.

    Fashion can also be a part of many cultures, for example a woman who is from a First Nations group and is exemplifying her own culture through clothing by have items such as feathers, moccasins, and jingle bells. A fashion design can separate each different culture from one another, but all together it brings many people together. If I wanted to be say a part of a dirt biking group and I wanted to fit in and be like the other bikers, I would dress up in dirt biking gear. Not like they would care if I showed up in say sweats or other pieces of clothing, they would make sure I have all the safety equipment.

    Also another way of fashion is money, when other people have lots of money; they are going to buy more expensive clothing. If I were to say buy clothing from Wal-Mart, it might not last as long as say clothing from a more expensive brand of clothing. People want to fit in and the most common way is clothing, there are many designs and new ones are being released every so often, and when one design becomes popular, more and more people are going to want to wear what others are wearing.
